We are extending the deadline to order a cookbook until March 7, 2009. We didn't get enough cookbooks ordered to even put our order into the publisher. I know there are several of you who want at least one book but have not yet ordered. Please put your order in ASAP so you don't forget. Once we have 100 cookbooks ordered and we turn our information in to the publisher we will have a week to finish receiving orders. Then after that you won't be able to order!!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE place your order ASAP if you want one. I would hate for you to miss out on this opportunity because you forgot.

What if I don't have a Pay Pal account? Can I still order?
Yes. If you don't have a Pay Pal account you can order through Pay Pal with a credit card.

Can I pay with cash ?
Yes. Please fill out this ORDER FORM and include it with your cash in an envelope. If you plan to pay with cash please call Heidi at (480) 659-7366 or (602) 750-9338. You can set up a time to drop off your cash payment to her. Please do not send cash through the mail.


Can I pay with a check?
Yes. Please fill out this ORDER FORM and include it with your check in an envelope. If you are going to pay with a check please contact Heidi first at (480) 659-7366 or (602) 750-9338 to let her know you will be mailing or dropping off a check.

Can I order more than one copy of A BAKER'S DOZEN?
Absolutely! You are more than welcome to order as many copies as you like. I will personally be ordering one for each of my children. I will give it to them when they are married. It will be a cookbook they will love and cherish.


When will I receive my copy of this cookbook?
Right now we should have the cookbooks from the publisher by the end of April or first part of May 2010. We will contact you when we receive the cookbooks.

Can I pick up my cookbook from you?
Yes. In fact, everyone who lives locally will be asked to pick up his or her cookbook directly from us. Once we receive the cookbooks from the publisher we will e-mail you with directions as to where you can pick up your cookbooks.


I don't live in Arizona. Can I still order a copy of A BAKER'S DOZEN?
Yes. Once we receive your order we will package it, weigh it, and send you an invoice for the shipping cost. Once we receive your payment we will mail it to you.


How much will shipping cost?
The cost of shipping will depend upon where you live and how many books you order. We will use Priority Mail to ship the cookbooks. If you order several cookbooks, we will use a Priority flat rate box which is either $9.80 or $12.95 (depends upon how many books you order). WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THOSE OUTSIDE OF ARIZONA OR THOSE LIVING TOO FAR TO PICK THEM UP FROM US.
